0870/0871 numbers (national rate)
National identity normally associated with
freephone numbers
No costs to yourself and no monthly bills
You can choose from either a 0870 number or a 0871 number.
Both are National Rate Numbers and can be advertised as such.
On an 0870 number you will earn 1p per minute from each call you receive during
business hours. On an 0871 number you will earn 2.5p per minute from each call you
receive at any time of day and at weekends.
Many large and small companies are now using 0870/1 numbers as non geographic numbers
increase response rates to both local and national advertising.
The difference between an 0870 number and a 0871 number is simply the cost
the caller pays to call you. For a 0870 number the caller is charged the
BT National Rate and peak, off-peak, and weekend rates are applicable.
With an 0871 there is just one flat rate to call it and this is just 10p per minute at any time.

For an 0871 there is a refundable connection fee of £10.00 + VAT.

Dm gives each customer two FREE personal numbers
for life, one for voice and one for fax, which are
hosted on Dm's telecommunications servers.
The numbers are used to receive Fax, Voice-mail
and Live Calls, and the Dm servers are designed to
accept multiple receipts of messages, so Dm's
client's telephones are never too busy to lose a
call.
Upon receipt of messages or calls, the Dm
servers then deliver a very personal service.
For example; Your incoming Faxes and Voice-mails
are transcribed to your E-mail Inbox, and Live
Calls are redirected to a Mobile, or convenient
fixed Phone, under your control. You can change the
numbers on which you want to receive live Calls at
any time, from anywhere in the world, by dialling
